1. Responsible for the requirements analysis, design, development, debugging, and performance optimization of various modules for embedded system drivers and middleware, with a focus on developing peripheral drivers (such as MIPI, Ethernet, and USB) for ARM-based Linux systems.
2. Design and implement system software frameworks, including the development and optimization of camera-related image transmission functions and cross-platform SDKs, ensuring the SDK’s functional completeness, stable performance, and multi-platform compatibility.
3. Responsible for system stability debugging and performance tuning on embedded platforms (ARM/ARM64/RISC-V), with a deep focus on Linux kernel-related optimization work.
4. Design and implement the SDK software framework; draft SDK functional requirement analysis and design documents to ensure documentation is standardized and traceable.
5. Responsible for development related to video capture and transmission, leveraging network protocols and multithreading technology to ensure transmission efficiency and stability.
6. Participate in product requirement design, system peripheral software design, and code reviews to ensure development quality and adherence to process standards.
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in electronics, computer science, automation, or a related field; 5+ years of professional experience in embedded system development.
2. Proficient in embedded system architectures such as ARM, ARM64, and RISC-V; familiar with U-Boot and the Linux kernel; strong system development and debugging skills. 3. Familiar with the Linux device driver model, kernel process scheduling, memory management, and interrupt management; candidates with practical experience in performance optimization and chip driver reference platform development are preferred.
3. Solid understanding of TCP and UDP protocols; familiarity with asynchronous network programming and multithreading synchronization mechanisms; candidates with experience in video capture and transmission are preferred.
4. Familiar with the development of peripheral drivers such as MIPI and networking; possess experience in system stability analysis and performance tuning; candidates with a foundation in image processing and proficiency in using OpenCV/PCL libraries will be given priority.
5. Possess strong documentation writing skills, an awareness of coding standards, and excellent teamwork abilities; capable of efficiently completing requirements alignment and development delivery.

I. Equipment Repair and Maintenance:
1. Responsible for the daily inspection, periodic maintenance, and troubleshooting of production equipment and automated production lines.
2. Respond quickly to and resolve unexpected equipment failures, analyze root causes, perform repairs, or propose improvement plans to minimize downtime.
3. Develop and maintain equipment operating instructions, maintenance manuals, and repair records.
II. Tooling and Fixture Management:
1. Responsible for the installation, commissioning, periodic calibration, and precision maintenance of tooling and fixtures.
2. Participate in the design, optimization, or modification of existing tooling and fixtures based on production process improvement needs to enhance production efficiency and product yield.
3. Manage tooling and fixture inventories to ensure they are in good condition and are used in an orderly manner.
III. Preventive Maintenance and Improvement:
1. Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans for critical equipment.
2. Participate in equipment upgrade and retrofit projects, provide feasibility recommendations, and assist with implementation.
3. Introduce or develop new maintenance techniques and methods to improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
IV. Team Collaboration and Support:
1. Collaborate closely with Production, NPI, and other departments to provide timely on-site technical support for production.
2. Guide and train equipment operators to perform basic maintenance and identify simple malfunctions.
I. Required Experience and Skills:
1. Associate’s degree or higher in Mechanical Design, Manufacturing, and Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field.
2. At least 3 years of relevant work experience in equipment repair and maintenance at a manufacturing facility; familiarity with machining, assembly, or automated production line equipment.
3. Ability to independently read mechanical and electrical drawings; proficiency in using CAD and other drafting software for design and modification.
4. Understanding of the properties of common metallic and non-metallic materials, as well as basic machining processes.
II. Personal Qualities:
1. Strong sense of responsibility, proactive work ethic, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.
2. Ability to work under pressure, remain calm and composed during emergency breakdowns, and respond quickly.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication and learning abilities.
III. Preferred Qualifications:
1. Prior experience in maintaining CNC machine tools, industrial robots, precision transmission equipment, or specialized automation equipment is preferred.
2. Candidates with the ability to read simple PLC programs or assist in troubleshooting electrical faults are preferred.
3. Prior experience in designing or improving tooling and fixtures is preferred.
